Keyworker - Thrive
Role: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Location: working across Bognor and Chichester offices
Salary: £26,255 - £26,780 FTE
An exciting opportunity has arisen at My Sisters’ House Women’s Centre for a Keyworker in our life changing Thrive team. Applicants should be educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent or be able to demonstrate relevant experience.

Our Thrive Programme offers a holistic blend of one-to-one support and group work, including our Anxiety & Me and Live Positively groups. We work with women who are ready to take steps toward employment, volunteering, education, or other life goals, often after facing significant challenges such as domestic abuse, mental ill health, poverty, and other forms of trauma.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting women with complex needs
Is non-judgmental, empathetic, and trauma-informed
Can work confidently in both one-to-one and group settings
Believes in the power of recovery, resilience, and personal growth

Ideally, candidates should have:
· Education to A-level or equivalent
· At least two years’ experience working with women who have experienced multiple disadvantages
· Experience of delivering groups
· Excellent interpersonal skills: kind, compassionate with good communication and presentation skills; enthusiastic, flexible and resilient.
· Ability to act with integrity and accountability.
· Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
· Strong professional boundaries.
· Knowledge and understanding of the importance of multiagency working and GDPR, Confidentiality, Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and the promotion of equalities
· IT literate and confident with using technology including Microsoft 365.
· Ability to prioritise a busy and dynamic workload and be self motivated as well as work well in a team.
The post is subject to enhanced DBS Disclosure.
