At My Sisters' House Women's Centre (MSH), we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to live free from abuse, rebuild her confidence, and create a safer future for herself and her family. Every year, around 2,000 women turn to MSH at a time of crisis or hardship.

We are now seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of Finance to join our Executive Team and help ensure that our organisation remains financially strong, sustainable and ambitious for the women we serve.

This is more than a finance role…it is an opportunity to play a key part in an organisation where every decision ultimately contributes to improving women's safety, wellbeing and life chances.

Domestic Abuse Keyworker

Role: 1 x 30 hours per week; 2× 22.5 hours per week

What is a Domestic Abuse Keyworker?

The successful applicant will manage a caseload of domestic abuse clients, ensuring appropriate and effective activity is undertaken, tailored to the client’s individual requirements including risk assessing, safety planning and extensive multi-agency working. You will support from crisis to recovery and will provide one-to-one support as well as delivering group work.

What is a First Response Keyworker?

Working as part of the First Response Team, the successful applicant will welcome new and returning clients, conduct triages, which are often complex, risk assessing, safety planning and ensuring the appropriate activity is taken to support their individual needs. The role requires extensive multi-agency working with other professionals including high risk domestic abuse support, substance misuse, alcohol, and mental health agencies to ensure adequate support for clients.
