Live Positively course:
What people are saying…
- Wellbeing vision board
A group course designed to support women on building self-esteem, increasing confidence, and reducing social isolation.
Using a trauma-informed and goal-oriented approach, the course creates a safe and empowering environment for personal growth.
“I believe you’ve helped us all more than you or even we can ever know. You should be so proud of Thrive and what it gives to women, who for whatever reason need to build up their self-belief. I feel in such a different place to this time last year.”
— MSH Client
“Thank you so much for embracing us in the Thrive programme. I never expected it to have the huge impact it has had on me and the other lovely ladies I had the privilege to learn along with. I have felt so supported and cared for during this journey.”
— MSH Client
Anxiety & Me course:
What people are saying…
A group course that explores and applies practical strategies to help navigate anxious thoughts and emotions.
It offers a supportive environment where you can learn effective tools to manage anxiety and build emotional resilience in everyday life.
“Anxiety & Me has helped me to feel less alone with anxiety, and I have learned some coping skills and strategies to use when anxiety is heightened. The journal we created will be good to refer to as I go forward.”
— MSH Client
“I found the breathing exercises really helped when feeling really nervous and panicky. I felt this group was so good - to have people to talk to, you realise you aren't alone to feel anxious.”
— MSH Client
